She became passionate about reimagining how hospitals and other 24/7 locations could offer reliable, healthier, round-the-clock choices that supported wellbeing rather than compromising it.

While working in London’s fast-moving tech landscape, he noticed that vending and unattended retail were still clunky, outdated, and poorly suited to modern expectations. He became committed to bringing intelligent, adaptive vending technology to the UK, creating seamless, data-driven experiences that could finally match the pace of other sectors.
